A fun, fruity way to celebrate Mother's Day!

With Mother's Day around the corner, it's time to show them how special and loved they are! I'm sharing ideas on how you can create a fun party celebration + a special MOM-osa bar!

Pineapples are everywhere! And I don't mind that one bit. Pair them with vivid colors and stripes, and you've got a recipe for a festive gathering!

I found the cutest pineapple selection on the Shindigz site and put together an eye-catching back drop for our party table. For the background, I used an adjustable fabric frame and attached striped fabric to it with metal clamps. Then I added LOTS of fun tissue paper products to fill in all the spaces! I chose colors of green, black, and yellow. I used tissue pineapples, pineapple paper lanterns, black tissue poms, yellow tissue poms, black paper lanterns, and green tissue balls.

To make your pineapple party table pop even more, add a giant tissue pineapple as your centerpiece! I also used a black accordian table skirt to give the table a nice clean look.

Moms dream of enjoying a little "me" time. Why not create a beverage bar where she can sit, relax, and sip on something tasty! I took a drink cart and a printable sign that I added to a gold glitter frame, and turned it into a "Momosa" bar! Serve pineapple spritzers in mini plastic champagne flutes. Add chunks of pineapple, yellow chevron paper straws, and some super fun Pop, Fizz, Clink balloons. Day made.

Create a party table that will have your guests feeling special. Add sweet treats for nibbling, and little gifts inside mini black favor boxes, for them to take home. Add some black striped ribbon, and you're set.

I set out black gift bags filled with pampering goodies! All things to make Mom feel special. I also included a stylish striped travel mug for those busy moms that are always on the go!

For pops of green, I added large tropical leaves throughout the party table. Chocolate covered apples, cupcakes, and delicious macarons were also set out.

Let's not forget the CUTEST pineapple shaped oreo cups, from the very sweet Bella's bakery!

I took brown store bought pineapple cups, and spray painted them black to coordinate with the party. I used green tissue festooning for leaves, and wrapped it around the tops of the cups. So cute!

Candy is a perfect party treat! Add pineapple flavored rock candy and accent the sticks with ribbon. Display them on a cake stand, and they're ready to party!

Set up a nice tablescape with pretty trellis dinner plates. Group black plastic cutlery together and finish it off with striped ribbon.

Mini black lanterns are perfect for outdoor parties. Add them to your party table for the right amount of ambiance!

Create some unique decor by adding a big letter sign. You can easily spell out MOM with styrofoam letters. Paint them and set them on your table for impact.

A sweet, pink Easter Party!

Spring has sprung, and it's time to welcome Easter parties and outdoor celebrations! This year we worked with a pink and black color palette - I just adore these sweet colors together. To make our setting extra darling, I added touches of pearls, tulle, and tissue festooning. If you're looking for Easter table inspiration, I'm sharing all the details below!

My source of inspiration this year was this sweet girlie bunny that I spotted over at HomeGoods! Also, in the dollar spot, I found little pearl bracelets at Target. I added one of them as a necklace for our bunny friend. I originally scooped her up to decorate my new Home Studio, and well, an Easter party table was created! Isn't she darling?!

During that same shopping trip to HomeGoods, I found a small set of black and white Easter dishes. I knew they would look perfect sitting on top of my solid black dishes, and also the striped dishes, both from Ikea.

Our friends over at Party City sent these formal black plastic forks, and they were perfect for our Easter table. {Keep an eye out for a fun kiddie Easter party we styled for them - coming to the blog soon!}

A second girl bunny was spotted at HomeGoods and we were smitten!

I added a few polka dots on chalkboard eggs. This was done so easily from a white paint marker, by Testors!

We took cupcake pedestals, set them at each place setting, and topped them with a cupcake. Mini white donuts are also a perfect party finger food. Pink frosted cupcakes looked so sweet sitting in striped baking cups.

I fell in love with this table runner, from the Target Dollar Spot. The cotton tails are especially darling!

I used more of the dollar spot pearl bracelets as napkin rings. They made our pink paper napkins that much sweeter.

It was so fun putting this sweet + glam Easter bunny party together. I know I would have loved this when I was a little girl!

Create an easy sundae bar for Valentine's Day!

Are you looking for easy ways to say, 'I love you'? I've got a Sundae Kind of Love party that's easy to recreate!

Love is in the air, and although it's a bit chilly these days in California, it doesn't stop any of us from enjoying ice cream. Whip up some easy sundaes for your family, and it will be an all around LOVE-fest!

Gather some sundae bowls like the one I found at Walmart, back in December. Fill striped paper baking cups with different Valentine candies, and set them out to use as toppings.

You can sprinkle M&M's, gummy hearts, X's, O's, and even tiny red lips!

Take a redi-whip can, and a 1/2 gallon of ice cream, and cover the labels with paper. It isn't necessary, but I like the idea of a well coordinated party table.

It isn't difficult to set up a quick spread for your special loves. In fact, this spread can take about 30 minutes from start to finish.

Here's an easy way to create this look: Take two foam boards, like the two I bought from Dollar Tree. Wrap them with wrapping paper. I found this pattern from HomeGoods. This sweet paper actually inspired this party.

Find a banner, and add it to your wrapped foam boards. I attached a felt 'Be Mine' banner that I used in my Be Mine! Valentine Party from last year. Can't find a table cover to match your party theme? You can take any fabric and make it your table cover. {one of my favorite things to do!}

Add some coordinating cake stands. You can stack anything on top - I like to add decorative favor boxes, and you can even embellish a few of them like I did here, with these darling glitter heart tags, from Creativities Galore.

Last but not least find something to use as a center point of your table. I took a heart shaped box, set a cake stand on it, and added some delicious stacked cookies, from Sweet Talk Bake Shoppe!

These heart shaped beauties were the perfect addition to our 'Sundae Kind of Love' party!

Simple, right?! The fun part is choosing different colors, patterns, and snack options! I hope you were inspired to show your own loved ones a sweet way to say you love them!
